get your forearms sorted out, in fact get your arms and shoulders sort. Either get some treatment or buy yourself a roller and do the arms with it and start doing wrist mobility exercises. If you are near me give me a shout I'll take a look FOC and give you some pointers

cheers Spud ;)

PS learn to swap hands ;)

you can get rollers anywhere mate, most sports shops will carry them you could even use a rolling pin, a piece of down pipe ect

something like this

I can't see how, the thought of Jeremy Corbin will put him right off during the 'vinegar stroke'
Open your eyes and you see what is in front of you, open your mind and you see a bigger picture but open your heart and you see a whole new World.

I don't suppose this will help but a worthwhile general tip.....

As told to me by an old giffer many yrs ago (now I think about it, the "old giffer" was probably younger than I am now, but of course in my teens that seemed ready for death).

From time to time while riding, waggle your elbows. (Can't beat a good waggle)

Just helps loosen up shoulders and arms, reminds your hands not to grip so hard.

When we concentrate, we tense up without realising, keeping it loose reduces fatigue, improves control and reaction times.

Someone also mentioned rotating the controls on the handle bars til comfortable. Another good tip.
