My nomination: Cable Ties ! I really don't know what I'd do without them. Large sections of my enduro bike are held together with them.

Raisin toast looks good.

What would we do without?.......... Electrical tape, I always have some near by. Its good for loads of things and you can remove it easily and you can make it look nice and tidy.

What I would definitely do without is feckin blow flies they lay eggs on sheep and then they hatch into maggots and proceed to eat the sheep , why o why do we need blow flies !!!!! Plus one for cable ties

Raisin toast and loctite both excellent suggestions. The problem is toast is useless at securing bolts and loctite tastes awful.
