My friend got a new kitchen for the house. When he went to the kitchen joinery shop there was a bike parked in the corner of the workshop. As it was a a rather nice kitchen he was buying he looked for a discount on the price. He didn't get one but the when the kitchen was delivered the last item out of the truck was the motorbike that was thrown in with the deal. Not a word was said 'and they all lived happily ever after'.

As for 6K on a holiday, I couldn't. Taking kids and myself to France for 3 weeks camping never even came to half that and we always had a ball.

Its what 14 days in sunny Punta prima get ya with luxury apartments and an all in inclusive waterworks park type thing . I can't complain it was quite and the weather was there and I even picked up my Abr magazine at the shop in the airport to read ... did some trails over the mountains are mind it was on a push bike but I did it ha ha and the island was only small so 45 mins and we was at the other side in the posh town were the ship's come in and all the rich folk lived. For the money it costs of say I paired to much and if I had to go again 7 days there would be enough after 4 days all 3 k8ds were bored with the waterparks and the 2 elder ones spent most of the time in the apartments on the internet talking to friends at home ... was nice to get away but wasn't worth the money .
