Been checking out some old bike pics and I'll always have a soft spot for this little Eastern European chunk of metal. A CZ 175 Trail, which was the first bike I ever bought, purchased from a dealer in central Cardiff for under £300 brand new. The colour co-ordinated with my lime green and black hooped socks at the time.

Sadly no photo but a 1967 BSA Bantam D14/4 in early 1972. 45 years ago
It's a wonder I carried on riding to be honest.
First proper bike a 1957 Triumph 650 T110(ish) bodge up late in 1972, swiftly followed by a new Bonneville in August 1973.

Depending on your definition of 'Bike', either an AP50 or an XL125, both of which I remember with the kind of rose tinted memories that only come from the passage of many years

BMW F650GS,
By the way, I'm only on my second bike! Lambrettas don't count.

Re: The First Bike You Bought
Here it is. My first proper bike. A 2000 Suzuki DR125. I got it in 2012 picked it up in Bude and rode it home to Bristol. My first adventure. I took this photo after I'd ridden it about half a mile.
Is was awesome and also broke down several times. I've since used it as a parts mule for my DR350 and DR650 and its looking a bit sorry these days as a result.

And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.
