Post by Rederic »

I had a email from a scammer today saying they was Motorworks a BMW independent company I use all the time for Brakes and such top people to deal with
This was the email

Something never seemed right so I phoned Motorworks who said there on the case and it seems like it comes from Russia, the thing that people might get caught out by is they had my right home address and phone number :x

Later in the day I seen this email from Motorworks

I have a had a very similar email , same deal, free item , but you pay for the postage. This had come supposedly from an autobulb specialist ( Hid's and all that lot) . The world has changed, you used to get mugged out on the streets, now it happens in the comfort of our own homes....... Caveat Emptor. ( let the buyer beware) Never truer than now.
