Eastern coast of Spain recommendations?

Hi all - two of us are on triumphs heading up to grenada tomorrow and then making our way to the north of Italy hugging the coasts. Any recommendations on good roads (secondary) any of you have done, or cool places to see other than the usual suspects of Madrid, Barcelona etc? We've avoid motorways from the U.K. To Gibraltar so far and plan on avoiding them for the rest of the trip! Any advice appreciated, thanks

If you're near the N332, divert off around Altea and head up to Guadalest Castle - a great twisty ride and fantastic views at the top. There is a great motorcycle museum on the way up or down and a cafe on the same spot that does decent food which is not too pricey.
Head from there to Denia and then along the coast up to Valencia and you pass through a load of salt flats. Really cool landscape.
