OK so this link was posted on FaceBook so is probably an advert for a tour company but it doesn't alter the fact that it contains some great Adventure photos

Re: Some great pictures of the Himalayas
Great photos but makes me glad I did the comfort version of the Himalayan Foothills with Blazing Trails back in 2013.
I'm 30 years beyond that sort of trip I'm afraid and the last camping I did was in about 1980.

No concession to conditions.robson wrote:funny they all have street tyres...
We only really had loose gravel or broken up road surfaces and in the side run off (escaping being hit by buses and trucks area) rather than the snow and mud in the OP so it was 'entertaining'.
The OP trip looks a bit much for me now.

Some of these photos are taken from the company I used to hire an Enfield and a guide from in 2015 http://www.motorcycleexpeditions.com/ (also see my signature link for my blog)
I'd highly recommend them and would use them again (thumbs)

That Khaki Green one top left looks like the one I had earlier this year on the Foothills tour.
The gearbox had more neutrals than gears.

Hi John - I'm Mike's mate Dave from Sussex
I assumed it was you from earlier posts.
How are you?
Not seen your Enfield until that photo.

Phew - just checked and mine was the lower one so it wasn't my fault.Grim Reaper wrote:That Khaki Green one top left looks like the one I had earlier this year on the Foothills tour.

I never could find a neutral and only got the neutral finder to work a couple of days before the end by stamping really hard on it.
Great trip though.
