Paul had a ten hour operation to fix many things.
There seems to be no head injury involved as far as can be told.
His condition is stable at the moment.

Guys I'm sure I don't need to state this but when you see a vehicle on the hard shoulder of the motorway, move to the middle lane and give plenty of room for anyone working or attending there.
I see this everyday, most artics don't even move out ! First time you ever stop on the shoulder you'll know what I mean.
Hope for a speedy recovery, this is a life changer.
