Today I'm celabrating my 65th birthday, ya! got there.

My state and private pensions kick in, but I'm not retiring yet, still some life in me.

So extra income and maybe next year a bit more time off to do the longer trips I've always promised myself.

Plus I can now wake up and go to work because I want to not have to.

Now I'm off for a plate of scram and a few beers.

Brilliant!!!!!! It's a fantastic feeling. Only downside is you begin to lose track of what day it is and Fridays, Weekends and holidays seem less anticipated somehow - mind, small price to pay for all the fantastic plusses and no more 'Monday Mornings'.

Have a wonderful, healthy and happy retirement - whatever way you choose to live it (thumbs)
