Minority Report? Or not...
I haven't seen a post on this, maybe I didn't search enough, but what cars do us Adventure Bike Riders drive?
When you're not riding...
I'm sort of not ashamed to say I drive a Nissan Micra - I'm a family man with kids, and lately grandkids, so a car is somewhat useful; but a necessary indulgence and useful for the boot space and seatbelts
I've been riding bikes since 15, cars since 21, I'll ride over driving 9 times out of 10 unless there's ice on the road - then I have a choice...

mondeo diesel auto,i love driving it because I don't mind travelling around in it on my own but I hate riding on my own so would never give up my car.

I have the ultimate 'hairdressers car'
A 2wd , SWB, Petrol 1.8 vvti Toyota Rav 4, but don't tell 'Rav' that , he thinks he's a 4x4
Plus the two KTM's (400EXc, 640ADV)
Funnily enough its age straddles the twp bikes
ADV is 2003, EXC 2004 Rav 53

"The trails of the world be countless, and most of the trails be tried.
You tread on the heels of many, till you come where the ways divide.
And one lies safe in the sunlight, and the other is dreary and wan, Yet you look aslant at the Lone Trail, and the Lone Trail lures you on....
....Bid good-bye to sweetheart, bid goodbye to friend, The Lone Trail, the Lone Trail, follow to the end.
Tarry not, and fear not, chosen of the true;
Lover of the Lone Trail, The Lone Trail waits for you"

Re: Bikes and Cars..
I've got no interest in cars so it's a £500 Skoda Felicia for me! A good little car though with only 35k miles on it when I bought it.I passed my bike test at 17 then didn't bother to sit my car test until I was 24.

Do me 3 on top and a 2 on the sides because I like the rav4. I thought they stopped making them ages ago. I've only seen old shape. Has same engine as the celica?
Anyway. I've got a focus estate ghia. Plod and paramedics use them so they must be fuel efficient and cheap to run and repair.
This has been my best car yet!!
54 plate. 187,000 miles.
