Can anyone recommend which Leatherman to buy. There are a lot of different versions with different tools. Which tools have you found to be the most useful? Happy to spend about £100 my bike is a DRZ400s (if that makes and difference) and will use it when away for weekends.
Cheers Nick
Which Leatherman?
Re: Which Leatherman?
On previous experience i'd really avoid the "gimp" version.

Go for the Surge. Awesome tool. I lost my first one laning in Wales, but I bought exactly the same again. I take it everywhere. Well built with a lifetime guarantee.

1+ had mine 7 years managed to break a piece off (my fault!) Leatherman didn`t repair it they gave me a brand new one no quibbles (thumbs) their 25 year guarantee is second to none (thumbs) seems like a lot of money but worth every penny (thumbs)Adrian wrote:+1 for Wave. Had mine about 15 years and it's still perfect. And it's had a lot of abuse

Wave - tactical black anodised. Great bit of kit and not intrusive or too heavy
