Hello
Just signed up I've spent the last 15 years in Thailand, and now splitting my time between Thailand and the UK/Europe. Done a 2 week tour to the Alps/Dolomites in August on a 2010 R1200GS, had planned to rake my 1996 XRV750 but it wouldn't have passed it's MOT in time as it needs new wheel rims. Now planning a trip to Morocco first week of March 2020.
Post updated with a few images.
Cheers

Re: Hello from Scotland
Welcome. Just a bit of a heads up, we like photos of bikes and places.
I feel your pain with the Africa Twin wheel rims, my RD04 needs a front one.

Re: Hello from Scotland
Hi Peter
When I'm back in Scotland I either spend my time around my family in north Ayrshire, that's where the AT is garaged
Cheers or over at my friends gaff outside Perth, that's where the BM is garaged. However I'm not going to be back in Scotland till early March, and then I'm contemplating a trip to Morocco, with a plan to trailer the bikes down to the south of Spain as we're not intending to ride 500 miles to Portsmouth in the event of shitty weather at that time of year. It's actually cheaper to take car with trailer on the ferry rather than two bikes!
Cheers
