And one from The Netherlands

Post by Wuppie »

Not my first post, sorry, in my enthusiasm I already posted a reply in the 'Low seat height..'-topic.

As the subject shows I'm from the Netherlands, I live in the countryside near Rotterdam.
Biker since 1990, first bike a GPZ500s, current bikes an XT1200Z and an XJ900s Diversion for commuting.
I ride about 30.000km a year, often in France, I am still a member of the French FJR1300 club, my former bike.

2016 was my favourite year: after a few trips to France, in the spring I travelled Ireland and Scotland with 5 friends from the French FJR-club.
For me 6000km in 2 weeks, I had to go to Roscoff first. In september/october a 2500km trip on a Royal Enfield in Ecuador. Great trip: rain forest, coast and Andes.

On my bucket list: the TET (preferably both), but with a smaller, lighter bike. An older one, so I won't be so afraid of damaging it.
Hope one day I will meet some of you.

Greetz,
Karin.

Met zo'n nick moet je wel een Nederlander zijn.

I prefer Santa Claus to Sinterklaas ;)
