Hi everyone! New to the site and just wanted to say hello from sunny (haha) north Wales. Always wanted to do a big trip but always bottled it Had a nice DR650 2 years ago and the dream started again only to be foiled by that dreaded word.. 'Relationship' and the bike had to go, why is it we do that?? Luckily though that relationship didn't last too long and now I'm determined to do that trip. Wanting to avoid credit I've started saving for the right bike, can't decide which way to go yet but I'm sure I'll work it out once I've got sufficient funds. I've got myself a nice little Triumph Trophy to get myself started this year with a couple of trips around the UK planned, just to see how I get on and find out what I really need and what I don't.
So, I'll say Hi once again and look forward to meeting some of you at some point!

Re: ABR Newbie!
Hi there, I have a 2 year plan, some UK this year and early next, some Europe later on next year and then who knows, maybe the big one!! To be honest I've had this wish to visit as many capital cities as possible, I've done quite a few but that was by plane (not mine!) or train, I figure the best way of all is by bike so that is my goal now!
