One from Holland...
One from Holland...
Just noticed this introductory thread. OK, I'm Wim Janssen from Holland. I've been riding bikes legally since I was 18, that's 46 years ago now. Owned a number of bikes, ranging from a Jawa 90 to a VFR800. Did a few years of roadracing, clubrace level, and then got married. Used the bikes mainly to commute from then on until 20 years ago. From then on riding for fun became the main goal. In 2004 I bought a Transalp which remained the only bike in the stable when I retired. It's hard to live with one bike only, but the TA makes a good effort consoling me. Best trips so far are Morocco and India (both times on an Enfield). Hope there's more time in store for me to do some more serious travelling. Cheers, Wim

Thanks for the welcome and glad you enjoyed Holland. I hope you've been in the eastern parts where everything is quiet and there's some greenlaning to be done!
