Absolutely enjoyed it, well done to everyone involved. Didn't do a lot of riding but great just to chill and chinwag with people , old friends and new.

Ahh, I wondered who that was, floating past, the height of a ship’s mast!
Should have guessed it was you Mike...

I had a fantastic weekend, I can't remember the last time I felt so relaxed. I got my Tenere ride out which was a big must-do for me, loved it

Re: Adventure bike festival
Great weekend, met a lot of new people putting names to faces. Big thanks to abc crew for being so welcoming, herman and his good lady for feeding us after and before the ferry, and the very nice person who handed in my sunglasses which I'd lost, thanks. Felt like a bikers festival of old, still with the same spirit, but had moved forward with the times. Great fun.

Fantastic event all round.
So many positives that the rest are just niggles. I’ve seen bigger events fail in more simplistic areas that ABR excelled in.
I wonder how many appreciate the massive tent that would’ve provided shelter and entertainment from the weather had it been bad, and the additional, seemingly OTT tent for the office and check in.
The numerous staff....where they really volunteers??? Wow either way. But pay them next year, it’s the least they deserve if not an end of rally tip tin sent around the tent.
The manufacturers that not only turned up, but did so in full regalia! Seen less at major shows, their staffing bill alone was greater than the NEC.
Toilets, showers, food stalls, activities must I go on.
Niggles can be worked out easy, showers where cleaned more often on Sat all day, a quick learn.
Waterpoints could’ve been signed better and on map.
I’m not a lady but one cabin of toilets didn’t seem fair or enough.
One chicken run missing from a fairly tricky section whilst grassy.
Booking rides the day before was more a result of trying to please those who waited 90 mins to be turned away otherwise but the knock on meant those not in the queue Friday AM where always on the back foot. Prebook and draw maybe?
Organised ride out designed by locals for a long ride and touristy thing.
Thursday evening arrival so I could enjoy 2 days on site/in the area.
None of the above would even come into my mind if you offered booking at full price today.
My weekend was planned around the journey rather than the destination but what a destination it turned out to be. Made leaving on Sunday more difficult and I only just made the ferry that evening...though I did go the long way through Aberystwyth and the A44!! Big thanks to Paul from Revit for recommendation.
