Where’s the form thingy for ABR festival?

I saw a form you have to fill in that you can fill in when you arrive or take it with you already done. It was a sort of declaration you understand motorcycling is dangerous and your taking part entirely at your own risk. I can’t find it, anyone know where it is?

Open up the festival page and scroll down, it's just below the bit where Alun's name is in bold writing, any problems PM me and I'll email it to you

Oooo yessss its health and safety disclaimer.... Waste of paper far better to have made it one of the terms and conditions lol...

Had a look it’s just sign a form, mainly stating you’re not a moron and if it turns out you lied you’ll get kicked out..... be a short weekend for me then
