Almost all of them :)

There's going to be over 2000 of us at the venue...we're working on traffic management plans now.

The sheer magnitude of this event must now be causing a lot of logistical worries. I hope folks who attend will be understanding if one or two things don't run smoothly or like clockwork. You'd better set up a moaner' s corner just in case Alun. :D

You're spot on, the logistics are immense. It's certainly not like the ABR rally's of old where we all just turn up in a field and see what happens.

Just the number of on-site road signs we had to order today was into three figures. Plus, there's about 200 people involved in the set up, security, traffic management, course marshals, ride leaders, health and safety, first aid and para-medics, fire brigade, toilet cleaners, bar staff, catering staff, check-in and registration, HQ and info staff, enduro course staff, etc. etc. And that does not include the manufacturers and trade stand staff - of which there's over 200, probably closer to 300.

The one thing you can be sure of is that all the ABR staff (and the Adventure Travel staff who are being roped in this year) are committed to making this an enjoyable weekend for all.

Having been at the APF Forestry show at Ragley Hall last year, it's a fantastic place for an event and can handle 25,000 visitors daily

It's going to be a good event

Bit of a long shot, but can you set the festival back a week?
A very good friend of mine has had the audacity to pass away and the funeral, at the other end of the country, is taking place on the 12th.

Your friend will be happy to know there are showers but will have to make other charging arrangements as there are no electric hook up points.

Sad news.

As it happens, we've already moved the Festival back a week from last years date as my daughter decided to book her wedding day for the 6th July.
