Ride out over the holiday period

Is anyone up for a ride over the holiday period?
My initial thought is to meet here
http://bankviewcafe.co.uk for breakfast and then head off for a trundle around the southern end of the pennines - probably on tarmac.
Any thoughts?

Might be up for something like that. Depends which day and of course what the weather is doing.

I could be up for this as well date dependent. Tarmac sounds good or a few hard trails, with minimal mud due to tyres.

We fancy a ride out but that's a bit far south for us. But if anyone fancies meeting in cumbria I'd be up for that.
