Exmoor Rally December 2013

Post by Bigtim »

Devon John, Tredown and Myself are pleased to announce we will be hosting and holding the Exmoor bash again this year, all details are the same as last year but as a reminder see below.
There will be the same mess tent with double barrel wood burner to keep the chills away and to help dry any damp riding gear etc. There will be catering again for both the Friday and Saturday nights so if you want food then add it to your sign up message, I will need to give numbers to Martin and Christine (Our hosts and owners of the site)before we arrive so if you can give me fair warning if you can and cannot make it then I would be very grateful.

Many thanks and look forward to catching up with all the ABR rally regulars.

Big Tim

we can do food for the maximum of 30 for the two evening meals so put your name down if you want feeding.#
there will be soup and rolls on arrival plus tea and coffee all day,
bacon roll for breakfast there wont be a problem with these but as we have limited cooking facility's the evening meal is a problem over 30 members.

ho nearly for got DEVON CREAM TEAS after the rideout
