2014 yuletide rally

i have looked at a new site , this is in North Devon and has a few extras that might appeal to one or two members .
BUNK HOUSES i think there are several 4birth - 8birth plus the usual camping!!!!
it also has a fire pit in a round house with a barbe .
showers , toilets and a cafe .
this is in planing stages at this moment depending on cost?
the site owner is a biker and did a England to South Africa trip a couple of years ago , so shoUld be fine with us.
As soon as we have confirmation big Tim will start a list , it will be first come first served on the bunk house accommodation.
me big Tim and Treedown Tim will pop over and meet the site owner ASAP to verify everything .

still waiting for conformation ,,,,, i have poped in twice now but not met the owner .
the site would be ideal but i need them to come up with prices and what they are willing todo.

Provisionally likely to be the weekend 5th to 7th of December, similar to all the other December gatherings, does anyone have any preferences for a different weekend before we go and see the owner.
Let myself, John or Tredown know and we can discuss the dates with the owner.

Hi Bigtim,
As some feedback is better than none - the 5th to 7th would be good for me as it looks like I have that weekend off (unless work changes things around later in the year).
