Re: Mondo Sahara, Hebden Bridge, Saturday

Hoping to be there in time with the missus, letting the train take the strain so a few pints can be had :)

Re: A French farce?

It may be the future, and I may not be right, or PC, or thinking enviromentaly but I just dont want to even think about electric motorbikes. The whole thing just seems so sterile and unconnected to the soul that bikes have, and its certainly not what I signed up for 35 years ago  :pinch: . Sor...

Re: ACF50 WARNING - Read this first!

If you put it on with the bike clean you can then store the soaked cloth in one of those sealable plastic bags and its there for touch up through the winter, saves money that way ;) .

Re: ACF50 WARNING - Read this first!

I usually put it on with a rag soaked in the stuff, but not to dripping point if you know what I mean, just a nice wipe over, I think its a bit easier to control this way.

Mind you, I'd to find that out the hard way  .

Re: vango beta 350 tent advice please

I use vango omega which once up is virtually the same as the beta but packed up is a fair bit smaller. Great tent.
Another vote here for the Omega 350, ours is getting on a bit now and just before this years trip abroad we got the 450xl, again an exellent tent but I prefer the 350 all in all.
