i suffer from a dodgy neck/shoulder all the time - riding my bike does not help at all. If i ride for more than a (long) day the pain sets in and thats it....makes touring fun :blush: If i was you i would go see a good Osteo. Get some Frozen peas on it if its bad...depends on your school of thought ...

Selous - i had those soft panniers you have in the pic, i used to use mine the other way round though (so when zipped shut the zip was by my rear light)....mainly because i had no idea which way you were supposed to use them :blush: I think the most valuble piece of luggage is a tank bag. i was thinking of doing some autumn camping this year. might sound a bit stupid but i want to camp in N.Wales so i can ride around when the sun goes down....be some good photo ops. (BIKE did a feautre ages ago about riding in scenic places at night) as for warmth.....easy - just have a kick ass fire...

in this months RIDE mag....or maybe last months??? they rewied that tent (the orange one with a built in GS tent warmer:P ), said it as brill. About 330 notes though i think?

Ive just bought a Vango Beta 450, great tent. (bit big for the bike though)
