I still don't think the majority of inmates on here fully understand what the CCM was designed for. I have done a good few miles in mine & found them very good. They are comfortable whether with or without liners & not too clammy with just the waterproof liner...mind you they will trap a fart all day given the chance. The only downside I found was in a heatwave the airvents are not very ef...

Its a steel subframe with a plastic cover/mudguard which ties in with the 2 holes at the top of the rear mudguard which then bolts through into the aluminium rack making a a complete rigid assembly. Yep they have twin coils and twin plugs. You mentioned under tray.... take it you mean the inner mudguard as the sump guard can be seen your pic ? The dont have any kind of inner mudguard other than the front section which protects the battery box area. Rear light is no problem to replace with an le...
