Re: Another 800XC on the Road
A little peeved with the after sales at Lings in Ipswich... I bought the bike to use, not only as a fun toy, but also for travelling and getting to and from work. As I have said, I clocked up over 300 miles in the first couple of days and, if I was to commute the 30 mile round trip to Felixstowe eve...

Re: The French have started and we're in next...
I think we shouldn't be there. Let other muslims look after their precious 'brothers' and 'sisters'! A westerner just has to fart in the general direction of a muslim and all hell breaks out. Boll*cks to them. And I wouldn't trust the Arab League as far as I could spit 'em. Totally agree. Didn't we...

Re: ELO ELO ELO
I'm currently updating a list of tyre applications  (just think of how many motorcycle models there have been in the past 40 years!) and I'm really bored! I saw the title of the thread (ELO ELO ELO) and thought I'd have a play :woohoo: :pinch:VersysRider wrote:Oh... My... God.

Re: Another 800XC on the Road
Congrats OB1, welcome to the triple fold. Been a triple fan for quite a while, Alun. A '97 T595 Daytona, an '02 955 Speed Triple, an '04 955 Daytona and an '05 1050 Speed Triple so far ;) It just took me a while to get the balance between something I can have weekend fun, commute and long distance ...

Re: Sunday 20th Ride out.
............The reports about the 800GS saddle are true real pain in the butt after a few miles. Cheers Jase I have a gel insert in the GSA, which is on loan from a mate. (The seat that is) Have to say it makes a huge difference to standard. A chap in Coventry does them at a reasonable price and go...

Here's a pic for ya...
Not a brillian one; just taken with my camera/phone at lunch time today.
@Dick Dastardly: where are you going to be mounting the sat nav? I was planning on using the bar behind the clocks.

Obi I have twat nav (Tomtom)& my company use twat nav for tracking work reasons. I would suggest you go to ram mounts rather than tt. http://www.ram-mount.co.uk/?gclid=CI2es9y636cCFUEa4Qod2yvQ8w I have seen the Ram Mount but I think that it requires the use of the original TomTom Rider mount wh...

Re: Moto GP season starts here!!!
It was great to see all the Repsol bikes together. But Lorenzo boiled my blood saying how he beat Rossi on an even keel last year and if he beats me this years is because of the bike. What a little pr*ck! Rossi was injured so how is that even. I want to see him ride with a broken leg. :evil...
