Re: Hard or soft luggage?

Just swapped from Magadans on my 990 to a set of the new Kriega OS 32 panniers. They look very well made and have the advantage of quickly taking off the frames and don't need to have straps over the seat when you need to get it off to reach the tool kit. taking them out next week for a week around...

Re: Hard or soft luggage?

Liking the look of the OS32 panniers, look a solid bit of kit!
Liking some of the pictures too, looks like they're quite 'modular' in the sense that you can add further small bags onto the top / sides of them. Interesting!

Hard or soft luggage?

Looking at the possibility of selling my hard luggage set up on my 950 Adventure... Not even sure of its worth? It's a full set of 3 Jesse panniers and top box. I'm tempted by the lighter weight and flexibility offered with soft luggage, as the bike is very bulky and fully laden is not the most conf...

Re: The New Versys 1000

Interesting, whether it's the 650 or the 1000. Kawasaki have been a little behind the game in not offering a larger adventure tourer capable of genuine off road ability. Here's hoping, a 650 with similar power or slightly more power output, tablet-like screen, genuine off road ability and a 25L tank...

Re: The New Versys 1000

How hard can it be? Change the numbers 1000 to 650?
Or was it for the purpose of drumming little more than 'white noise'?

Glencoe Rainy Ride

Hi all, Thought I'd share a short video I had from my trip into Scotland, through Glencoe. Unfortunately my GoPro packed up shortly after this and is off for warranty repair, but fortunately I was able to recover the contents of my MicroSD card. Ah well, just have to go up there next time to do some...
