Re: Pamplona/San Sebastian
San sebastian was brilliant but very busy. It has many of the finest Tapas bars in Spain all together the atmosphere was fantastic and i have never eaten so much food in my life.

Re: How safe are bank transfers?
I have done a few bank transfers and i even sold a firearm and the guy payed direct from his phone into my account and he asked me to go online and check it was in my account. My internet connection was so poor at the time he even used his phone as a dongle to give me better access on my laptop. He ...

Re: Bad luck continues.......
When i got a new laptop(well refurbished) it had Windows 8 and i upgraded free to Windows 10. I had mapsource which will not work on that platform so i went for Garmin Basecamp as my Garmin Nuvi for the car would not work on Mapsource. I now run my map 60cx on basecamp too and after a bit of fiddlin...

Re: Finally Happened ... 2 miles from home
Sorry to hear about your incident(i say incident as accident implies nobody was at fault and clearly the car driver was at fault) I hope you get fully fit soon and your bike is sorted out and not written off. I went for a very short trip to get bread and milk this morning and in a ten mile round tri...

Re: I bet it would sell in the thousands .
Absolutely stunning both the concept and the special build.I think there is a huge market as many people want the light weight combined with BMW reliability without any of the complicated bells and whistles etc. A true masterpiece (thumbs)

Re: Quick Question : 1200 or 1150 ?
Decent 1150,s are holding their value well especially the non ABS models. The 1200,s are still subject to greater depreciation. The 1150 is heavier with less power but has a great reputation for reliability. I am not saying the 1200,s are unreliable by any means but i think you would need to ride bo...

Re: Bennetts what a rip off!
That is correct,i had the same bike for ten years and when i went to add a new bike to the policy they said i could do that but would only accrue no claims on the original bike unless i had a separate policy. As it was only a BSA Bantam i just added it to the other policy. It was a real surprise to ...

Re: Bennetts what a rip off!
I changed my bike recently and wanted the policy to overlap in case either bike was stolen in the changeover period. The lady i dealt with at Bennetts was supposed to charge me a cancellation fee and a new policy fee but she left a note in my records and i didn,t have to pay both. I thought it was o...

Re: Action Camera - Opinions
Thank you that is just what i needed an unbiased report and it looks like the camera you have will be ideally suited to me as i am a bit of a technophobe and do not need all the bells and whistles and features i will never use or need.
