Re: new Africa Twin - perfect adventure bike?
I'm pretty sure it has the same Honda Jazz car 1/2 engine as the 750x if so, the mpg is very good I can manage 80 mpg from my 700x . Not bad eh (thumbs) yeah, looks to me it's gonna be very similar engine which I love. That low rev torque diesel character is awesome. I am a little bit disappointed ...

new Africa Twin - perfect adventure bike?
I have just canceled my yamaha xt660z tenere order and put deposit on new Africa Twin, manual version of course. I should get it in October according to dealer. It maybe the perfect adventure bike for me although I wish it was 15 kg lighter. I have to say it looks beautiful and classy, nothing today...

both about 95bhp and 72 lbft torque, similar sized fuel tanks, same sized wheels/tyres

Re: BMW F800GS - is it the best new GS model?
but how bout reliability? I heard opinions like that: Splitting gas tank shells, cheap chains, bad wheel bearings, bikes that won't start, leaky gaskets, lack of warranty extension on known problems and an apathetic attitude on the part of the company. I just tested F800 GS and I really like it, but...
