The G650GS Sertao is a great wee bike...........Mine cost just under £6k new with ABS and heated grips last year which is great value The standard G650GS(£4995 on the road with ABS and heated grips) is around a third of the price of a fully loaded 1200GSA but certainly not a third of the bike..........

G650GS/Sertao............Less is more Bought my 'Tao' last year new and it cost less than £6k and cheaper than Mrs P's G650GS cost in 2011 ABS and heated grips standard now and as said above this bike will do anything between 63-80mpg depending how you ride it. Very quick and easy to use especially on my farm quad...........Don't ream the hole on quadbike tyres as they're quite thin even though they have a big chunky tread.
Also don't pull the mushroom plug tail when you cut it off or sometimes the plug can pop right into the tyre!

My BMW 1200GSA twin cam does around 48mpg average. Mrs P's BMW G650GS does around 80mpg. My BMW G650GS Sertao does around 63-68mpg which I think is quite good My Landrover Defender 2.2 110 DCPU does around 19-23mpg farm mileage...........Maybe 24/25 on a long run at 58mph with the wind behind you!!!
