You wont have a problem in Sweden, many stations are unmanned just use your visa. take a satnav they are all plotted in as POI

as for water carry a camelbac and wear it, the movement alone will prevent it freezing and the hoses can be insulated against heat and cold.

Why Kirkenes?. My only advice would be to see the Lafoten Islands either catch the ferry from Bodo and ride up to return home or vikyverka. The relay is grounded to a frame bolt. Relay has 4 terminals, ground and positive in from a low amp switched cable (ie only when ignition on) and power in direct from battery and power out, I've used over gauge cable and put an inline fuse holder in.
