In the end, even if going somewhere posh it just felt like I would be showing off. I wear a Seik...

Re: A modest proposal to boost motorcycling
I guess the idea is to show skill in controlling an unknown horse, which is fair enough. However surely if the horse is clearly having a bad day then the judges should retire the horse and give the competitor a replacement and time to get to know it?

A friend has been going on and on about the benefits of eating dried grapes.
He says he is just raisin awareness.

Re: Groan
Posting this for a friend. I'm posting this with a heavy heart...😥😔☹ I am giving away all my hobby materials, as I no longer have the desire to do anything with them. It is a lot of work with very little recognition. I am extremely tired, and have very little time to use them ...😥 Please don't ask a...

Re: Rear-ended!
I was once hit from behind (in a car) by an ex-driving instructor, he wasn't too happy when I told him that the ex part was probably a good thing.... Three bikers were killed in Scotland over the weekend, no idea of who was to blame, but when you're in a coffin that won't matter. Suspect a mixture o...
