The u-bolt type with 1" diameter ball. For fitting to my XT660Z accessory bar if anyone has one spare?

Re: Armour - pressure suit
Thanks for the offer g00ner, but not sure the style is for me. On another note, I've already got the forcefield L2 back protector and was thinking of getting the chest protector as it's only £40 and I can use it on the road bike as well. As I've got decent shoulder and elbow armor already in my jac...

Re: Napoleon Route GPX
Ok, had a go Created a folder titled gpx files, saved the route as route napoleon.gpx (using Firefox) Opened mapsource and searched for the folder - couldn't find it. Was given the option of searching for all file types except gpx( .mps, .rte, .trk, .grm) I'm assuming it can't see the file because i...

Re: Napoleon Route GPX
Can anyone assist with the correct method for downloading the route posted by Louis above? I've installed mapsource on my PC and V7 Navigator - If I click on the attachment I get a sheet of code - should I be right-clicking and 'save link as'.. What would then be the next step? Please bear in mind I...

Re: BMW F650GS SE - 4000-mile test in Morocco
Thanks for the link Chris, I've been searching for Tenere / 800GS comparisons and yours is easily the best out there B) I think your last thought that the BM is the best all-rounder sums it up ps. I didn't realise you were the author of my 'bible' - thank you for all the help it gave me out there B)...

Re: BMW F650GS SE - 4000-mile test in Morocco
Hi Chris, interesting read. I did a very similar trip last October on my XT660Z and wondered if you could draw a comparison between the Ten and the GS as you've used both? Though I really like the Tenere I've got a bike change itch :P. Everything I've considered (F800GS, 800Xc, 1200GS)I wonder if I'...
