Does cruise control even work below 30?

Came through there in the RV 10 days ago. No Crit sticker and no problem.

Can’t go telling my wife it’s a holiday, she’ll think I’m enjoying myself. It’s an adventure, and make pretty damn sure I’m not smiling in any of the photos I post.

Whether I’m cycling or motorcycling, I will alway slow down or stop to see if a fellow rider is in need of assistance. But I guess that’s just my nature.

Looking at the sums. If I ride through my small town twice a day, at 20 and not 30, Monday to Friday for 45 weeks of the year, I’ll be sat in the saddle for an extra 3 and three quarter hours over the year. As I’m sure I’ve mentioned before, but I reinvented myself on discovering Adventure bikes. Sold the Harley, cut my hair, shaved the beard off and purchased a 1200 Explorer. A GS was just one step too far.

Riding south down the Fosse Way in the Cotswolds this morning, passed virtually a continuous procession of fully loaded GSs heading north. Must be a big event somewhere.
