Can you fit a tyre on a GS on a GS without the machinery? I just checked on mine and a 22mm just wouldn't fit so it probably is a 24 the one size I've lost

I only ride occasionally as I have no biker friends.

I have done 800 miles since February if that helps but I agree I have never had a bike like this, and it did it before the optimate so I can rule that one out.

Yes it has Canbus and I'm fairly certain all the connections are tight and the optimate is not connected to the can bus but directly to the battery using the supplied connector. I'll check the positive to and earth and look for any residual voltage. I would pressume the resistance will be too large ...
