Re: Forget everything I said about small bikes, I want this Triumph Scrambler
Very nice indeed, have to admit I'm getting more and more tempted by the Triumph retro offerings, never been able to see myself on a cruiser but having dipped my toe into retro with an Royal Enfield I can see the day when I want similar but a bit more (some!) poke Wouldn't see me on it off road thou...

Re: How many own just a bike and no car?
Car (company one) and bikes - about 30k miles a year in the car (22k last year on business) and around 12k on the bikes, nearly two thirds of those on the NC700X. In my 'yoof I was bike only, didn't take my car test until I was 20 so bike was only means of transport I couldn't do my job solely relyi...

Re: A new baby KTM adventure bike on the horizon
I like the idea of 45 ish bhp + lightweight and decent components, both my MT03 & NC700 are only a little more powerful than this but far heavier (NC DCT a lardy 203kg) and are still quick enough for most journeys, at least one up. For sure it's often fun to have more power but very rarely actua...

Re: Truly waterproof textile suit

Ditto, had mine 4 years now and not got wet once in it but should add although used all winter I don't co...

Re: Bikers Not Welcome!
I'm not sure why the review mentions the value of the bike and gear, as though making some weird correlation between money, behaviour and their worth as a human being. Their actions in posting the review (if it's not true) say more about them and their integrity than the price of their bike does. A...

Re: Bikers Not Welcome!

I thought the days of getting refused service if you rode a bike had gone from this country :( Lets hope they dont need blood one day as it may have been brought by a member of serv. B) Try Fight...
