head bearings and the castellated nuts differ in size depending on size of bike, my fjr was 32mm. What you can do is use an old socket or buy a cheap one that is slightly smaller than the nut and using an angle grinder cut slots in it so that it fits the castellations. just joined, subscribed to the mag last week(which is great) and thought i'd best join the forum. My steed is a wee strom which i've owned since last April after trading in my fjr. I live in the peoples republic of south yorkshire.
