Re: Garmin Zumo

I bought a Zumo 400 from touratech a few years a go, they had a job lot of factory refurbished units which came loaded with european maps. mine has been fine, it might be worth giving Nick a call to see if any are left.

Re: the new triumph xc version of the tiger explorer

Every thing on the XC (and more) is availible as optional extras on the 1250 Explorer with the exception of the spoked wheels, so not really much of a new model.

Having said that the 1250 Explorer is a cracking bike any way :)

Re: Why So Many BMW's for sale

In answer to the origional question mines for sale because I bought a Triumph Explorer. Nothing wrong with the BMW (it probably has better build quality) but one test ride and I was hooked by the Triples smoothness and power.

Re: Back to a road bike maybe..

You've been swayed by all the media hype and peer pressure into believing that all 'complete' riders are competent off road as well as on the road and that off road riding will improve your road riding skills. The second thing that you are misguided on is that there is such a thing as a dual sport ...

Triumph 1200 Adventurer

I test rode a Triumph 1200 Adventurer today and was very impressed. As much as I like my GS1200 I have to admit i was blown away by the Triumphs power and smoothness. It appear's that a few people on the forum are less than happy with their Triumphs or the aftersale's service they have recieved whic...
