Probably not much help but I am off to Corsica in June with Global Motorcycle Tours and all the prices are up for the tours so would think they have an idea on ferry prices.

Latest update......they are now going to bring bike down to me in a van and take mine back up with them and no money will be changing hands until I have seen bike.Going to cost me an extra £95.00 but will save a 450 mile round trip so am happy with that..bike arrives on Friday.Did try to do the deal...

Thanks for all the input....like some people have mentioned I made a deal with the dealer and agreed so put down a deposit.I was then lied to,saying because it's a Sunday they can't tax bike unless I pay full price upfront..do they think I am fecking stupid lol.....I get 2 salesman phoning me up doi...

Tell them to stick it. Anything could happen and there's no reason why they should get the money up front and the taxing it part sounds like bollocks because you tax it online. I am with you Andy and have asked for deposit back...they also have my new insurance policy for said bike so no reason why...

I'd have paid the deposit on a credit card as well, however IF the OP has a high enough limit on their card why not pay the balance on a credit card & pay off the balance in full Because I want to see the bike first the same as every other new bike I have bought over the years.There is also the...

Let guy at Millenium know I will pay on arrival on Sunday which he was OK with but then phoned my 5 minutes later to say they can't tax bike unless I pay full amount even though I have already paid a deposit lol and sent them revised insurance cert.

Honda dealers ,have to achieve their targets for the end of September ,for there dealer bonuses .
