If it's a National speed limit the truck can legally do 50mph (changed from 40mph a few years ago which helps reduce the frustration of drivers behind). Still 40 in Scotland, and the Scottish police love doing the English truckers! But things still get a bit lively when the Paddy trucks are heading...

A bit over-long and with a contrived 'Top Trumps' format but interesting.

My advice...call them back and say you have a quote for £X for a stand-alone policy for the BM for 12 months, and unless they can do better the new provider will get both bikes next time.

I've got a lot of time for Guzzis, and one huge advantage for you would be no chain to clean, lube and adjust. But if I were in the market for a retro, I'd have to find a really good reason not to buy a Royal Enfield 650. It's got all the charm of a Brit twin of the 1970, but without the horrors. In...

My neighbour with the Dellow is gutted.
MCC had put in a huge amount of work, with electronic scoring systems etc to maximise social distancing.
I think this year is pretty much a write-off now for grass-roots motorsports, and international travel.
