Hi all

Hopefully this link will work for a video I've put together of a trip me and Mad Hatter did last May. :D

Tell me about it - I had to lie down at the lunch stop remember!

Sound mate. Means I can waste the usual amount of time packing and repacking that morning.

....Now got to get the knobblies back on and reacquaint myself with some mud :?

Re: TET, somewhere around Cirencester heading north 28th-31st of May.

To be honest I was amazed I managed to remember yours  So far it's looking pretty quiet for the end of May so if I ask to get the Tuesday-Saturday off shift I should be ok. Were you planning on heading off from Cirencester early on the Tuesday? I'll be coming up from Taunton so will take best p...

Re: TET, somewhere around Cirencester heading north 28th-31st of May.

Very nice bike that Rich - don't doubt you've noticed a difference mate. :D Depending on shift pattern around then I may well take you up on the offer...does depend on what those sections of the TET are like for a 800GS  And if you'd be up to helping lift the bike off'f me if (when) I go over...

Re: Anyone around Bristol/Taunton next weekend?

Right. Went out for a 30 mile ride today and nothing has fallen off the bike so I'll take that as a sign that it's good to go. 8-)

Will have a look at the maps tonight. Happy to just make it up as we go on Saturday of course.

Let me know what your plans are mate.

Re: Anyone around Bristol/Taunton next weekend?

That'd be me! Same again at the Midlands rally this year? Like I say, happy to go out for a spin if the bike's working. Not much local lane knowledge though. Perhaps someone else on here can help out in that respect? And a later start sounds fine to me - gives me time to get over any po...

Re: Anyone around Bristol/Taunton next weekend?

I live in Taunton and would be up for going out for a road ride (as I'm still to scout out the lanes round here) but it all depends on whether I can get the bike back together by the weekend... :?

Were you thinking Saturday? I'm on shift all day Sunday.
