TEST RIDE DONE :woohoo: .....The bike you tested will be very different to the one you ride,..... ..... restricted bike feel very underpowered to a bike that runs normally at ~33hp, hense they take out the restrictor kits when they get them in... Not trying to spoil anything, just trying to explain...

Used to 15bhp :blink: so 71bhp :evil: was bit of a shock :ohmy: , but really good. F650GS as a first big bike (even restricted)... SOOOOOOOO tempting. Do I tell her indoors :whistle:

:) Thanks guys for your advice. Bike will mianly be used for commutting (70 miles a day (35 each way)across the Yorkshire Dales (A and B roads ... NO duel carrige or motorways around here!!). Do journey on my XL125 Varadero at mo, but need a bit more go for some of the hills (and to get past tourist...

Got a xl125 varadero at the mo, but just passed my test :) but only with an A2 restricted job :huh: I need a bike that meets the A2 rules (restricted to 25Kw ...... ), will deal with the hills and roads in the Yorkshire Dales (commute 35 miles across them each way for work), has enough go to get pas...

Hi From the Dales

Hi all

New to all this bike stuff. Been on the Varadero forum, so met Big Dave and a couple of the others from there.

Riding around Yorkshire Dales on a 125cc Varadero at the mo (still wiith "L" plates :( but hope to get those off soon :) )
