Hello Had an extension built last year, finished in November, approx 50 square meters with water piped under floor heating running from a new condensing boiler. So good boiler and well insulated room, and the heating is amazing!!! As written is some earlier posts, the floor actually doesn't feel war...

I think the new bike looks fantastic. :) Can a great bike make up for shocking dealers?!?! In my opinion until BMW sort out shocking service at their dealerships, I wont be going near another one. No great loss for them I know. I love my GSA but the BMW "experience" has been a horrible one...

Fantastic winter Rally :) :) Thanks so much to Devon John, Big Tim and all the others that put so much effort into making this rally one of the best. You all did a cracking job and even raised some funds for the Air Ambulance whilst doing it. Brilliant. Look forward to seeing you all again at future...
