Re: Charging rates

The current will fluctuate depending on the draw required by the device up to the maximum output of the output device I would think that your issue is with the device you are using to charge the slave battery Check for one that has the output you require (I'd add 50% to that) As others have said bes...

Re: Trail Tech X2 Headlights

I have a HID one and found that it was a fairly good setup and easy to install Also had a bulb blow and cried when I saw the price of a new one The earlier units seem to have a problem with bulb life but this has supposedly been worked on. I still like the unit and I swop it on and off when required...

Re: Looking for a helmet

Thanks for the replies (thumbs)

The flip up front I meant is the chinbar like the caberg

I will try & find a dealer where I can try one for size as fitting seems to be an issue.

I'd a look for other manufactures but this style of helmet doesn't appear that popular

I'm looking for an offroad helmet that has a flip front

Or a flip front with a decent peak

Re: SWM 650R available

I had a look at the bikes at the show and didn't get drawn towards giving them a lot of time The first glance at the engine in the 650 made me look twice to see how many cylinders it had due to the width of the engine cases Styling was poor It didn't look great but like any bike you should ride it b...

Re: Some Doozies on here .... and how not to trail ride!

When they eventually got the last guy out of the bombhole I'd have thrown him in then

Letting everyone else walk in while he kept clean

(Didn't hear the audio so I'm thinking he was the pilot)

Re: go pro repairs

You probably have done already but try a fresh battery Had an issue with my one when it got a little damp & I mean a little (there was some moisture inside the housing when I closed it) it caused the unit to act weird and would turn on a few minutes after I switched it off Put it in a box of ric...
