Re: Towzatronics.

Are power sockets easy to fit I have my himalayan coming next week and would like to get a USB socket in the bike at some point?

Re: Chinese bikes thread

The guy that bought mine was going to convert it into a replica of a 70s 250cc ducati. Spares are easy enough to get hold of with a minimum cost, my wife has been on the back and it still handles and rides just fine. Don't get me wrong it's no speed machine, I'm more into a relaxed slow tour out no ...

Re: Chinese bikes thread

The mash 400 adventure looks a great bike however the price seems a little high. Maybe some used bargains in the coming years. I went for the himalayan instead. I can't understand why the wk 400 didn't become more popular either!

Re: The Royal Enfield Himalayan ,great value.

I've not rode the 500 but what I would say is the himalayan is smooth due to the long stroke with the counterbalance it doesn't feel like a conventional single and longer service intervals than the other RE bikes. I was surprised at the amount of torque compared to the horsepower

Re: The Royal Enfield Himalayan ,great value.

I've moved from a 250cc single so yep in you're case I reckon it will feel slow but as said I guess you would get used to it. I've only recently got back into biking I'm a police officer and spend too many years driving around quick. I just love the simplicity of a single and plan some nice leisurel...
