Mine was an 06 and that had a surge and ended in 00, the Kev mod helped it quite a bit but a power commander and getting the right map is the best way, not the cheapest though, just rode around mine .
You have been to spoilt with all the big bikes

Boots sell a set of small plastic travelling bottles 3x25ml and 1x100ml for around £4

Check the ecu numbers, apparently the good ones end in 01, the ones that had the surgeing issues had 00 on the end.
Once you get some nice tyres come down here for a nice rideout

It's not any higher than standard, the fork mod gives it a slightly harder feel

Smashed the standard sump guard on the second time out so bought the TT one as it is probably the best one available compared to the others

is that standard except for the sump guard mate?

It has a few mods , Arrow cans,Higher screen ,front fork spacers and Kev fuel mod (xt660 forum)Rear light altered and acerbis hangaurds
