I have heard something about the Tenere700 world raid, Is this the T7 we will get or just another prototype to tease us before we get a lardy badly sprung road bike with long travel suspenders ??

Ray, can you point me to the 2 different versions, I've only seen shots of what seems to be the same bike. I think Ray is talking about the difference between the concept bike, which is actually more than that as its been a finished model tested by the press, the quarry video was great, and the spy...

I take a different view. I think there will be two versions. One radical for serious dirt and another for long distance ADV riding. I think it will be a case of another disappointing production model after a great concept bike, maybe have to wait for the 790 KTM who will probably do a decent job but at a price.

10K is too much, you can now get a new manual Africa twin for 9,700 ( Pre registered). I am eager to see where this comes comes out at launch and have been looking forward to it but would have thought about 8.5 of course depending on the spec.

There is a decent one at the bottom of Pindale which i have stayed at a couple of times, a few trees for hammock camping too.

I think trials is a great start, that's certainly what my little lad will do if he shows an interest, at the moment he is obsessed with all things motorbikes ......but he is only 2 :laugh:

Had my badlands four years, still keeps me dry and protected and is cool enough in the heat with all the vents open, I reckon if its still going in another four years it will be good value (thumbs) (thumbs)
