The only write up I could find was here, sounded ok but 250cc is perhaps a wee bit too small?

Iridium plugs for the VX800 and XF650. 2 minute job on the XF but spent an hour on the VX cos the cap rubbers were burnt/glued to the deep deep recesses. What a pain! :blink:
