Re: Free to a good home. Rear pads and frame bobbins Vstrom

Big list! If they're still available at the end of the day I'll contact him when he gets home to see if he's interested.

Re: WHY DOES ANYBODY RIDE ? (you DON'T loose it)

So true Brian. can't speak for anyone else, but, as I'm getting older I seem to be getting busy'r, and less time to actually do the things I want to do... Know the problem well, it's called responsibility! Great video, you're never too old and neither should you EVER stop riding in the first place....

Re: Quick run to Applecross...

If I remember correctly, the road to Applecross has one helluva steep and curvy road to it? I was in a camper back in the early '80s and climbing that hill in 1st gear, I wasn't going to stop for anyone, ha! :S Mate went up on his TDM 900 few years back on a gusty day and said it's the first time he...

Re: Driving Standards

From what I see on the roads every day, I'm surprised the statistics aren't worse!

I'm constantly seeing some retard that doesn't know how to drive or some old person who can't see 10 feet in front of them!

Better not comment on most women drivers... :P

I once rode my Ducati 900SSD from Bristol to Sheffield in relentless rain and it was at a very brisk pace with little traffic. Every bend was done just so and the feeling of accomplishment ie not coming off at the s...

Re: New Chinese (built) ADV bike!

The only write up I could find was here, sounded ok but 250cc is perhaps a wee bit too small?

Re: what have you done to your the bike today??

Iridium plugs for the VX800 and XF650. 2 minute job on the XF but spent an hour on the VX cos the cap rubbers were burnt/glued to the deep deep recesses. What a pain!
