Re: Commuting to work
I commute all year round, only really avoid it when it's snowing. This week the bike has been in the garage so I've been relegated to the car, everyday there has been jams and delays, so my normal 35/40 min bike journey has become 1:15 at the quickest and 2 hours at worst. Pick the bike back up tomo...

Thanks dizzy. But probably too big for her - she's more a 6-8 size.

Wanted - kids jacket - 13 years
I can't find the old kids swap shop thread, but over the years I've offered and received items that my daughter has grown out of and that other kids have passed on... So, my daughter is in need of a new bike jacket. She's 12, but would fit a 12-14 year old, or women's size 6-8. Has anyone got one th...

Free to a good home - Shox 'Floral' helmet. Small
There used to be a thread for swapping kids gear - I've benefited in the past, so now's the time to pass on the karma. My daughter has out grown this helmet. It's in good condition, never been crashed, used for a couple of years mainly for the school run. The black marks (the only blemish on it) are...

Re: Next bike for tall rider
I'm 6'5" and was 18 stone (now a more respectable 16 :D ) I ride the BMW F800 GS which I find great for my size - It took me to Turkey a couple of years ago, several weeks on the road, 400 mile days, fully loaded with luggage, all I needed was an Air Hawk seat. I ride everyday on a 25 mile comm...

Recommend an insurance company
It's renewal time again. I've been with MCE for a few years now, never made a claim, but do find them a bit of a faff to deal with. In the last 6 months I've moved house, sold a bike and bought two - each time it's a right faff to update their records, it takes well over 30 mins, there's an admin fe...

Re: Anyone know what this is?
Thanks for the replies and the touched up photo. I don't think it's a Serrow when I compare it to other photos online. The lack of a kick start and the rear disc brake make me think it isn't the TW200... it's got me stumped.
Still, nice looking bike.
