How early is the bike as I believe the the 1150 first launched in 2000?

My 05 1150 GSA has done 53k and never a problem. I've tested the 1200 and it's faster and lighter but too many electronics and Plastic parts.
I will stay with the Panzer

Best bike I've owned for touring and trail riding long haul.

Be sure you take a long test ride as a tall bike and not for all. Love or hate them they have "presence" on the road. I ride mine in all conditions except ice and enjoy the ride.

The new TT catalogue weighs in at a whopping 1.35kgs and has some great gear listed. Just don't fall asleep reading it and drop it on your foot
