Re: The Royal Enfield Himalayan ,great value.

I find it interesting how the perception is that higher hp is needed for 70mph. My 2006 Vespa GTS250 runs 70mph easy all day, even in headwinds and inclines. And hey with the Falco split screen it even runs better in head winds. At speed it is all about the aerodynamics. My SYM Citycom 300i before t...

Anybody know why my photos get rotated when I put them in a post. Both these photos appear right way up on my computer in different programs. Something somewhere I'm missing?

Re: New member.....

Welcome Speedy. I have a Himalayan too. Done 7500 kms in the last 2.5 months on it in all kind of terrain, even dropped it in the middle of a river crossing. It is a gentle sweet well balanced bike and I would describe it as a "gravel" bike. Great for exploring at a leisure pace whi...

Greetings from the south island of New Zealand

Hi, I currently own a 2018 Royal Enfield Himalayan, which is my first adventure style bike. The bike is well suited to New Zealand road conditions as our speed limit is 100kph and the bike seems to cope well with my 6'4.5" frame and the luggage. Before this one I had a Honda Deauville and scoot...
